Best Buy has begun selling what appears to be an updated Moto Hint for $129, while also marking the original listing as discontinued. Motorola is scheduled to show off some new products on July 28, though it is not yet clear exactly what the company will announce. The Moto Hint was first announced almost a year ago, and it faced its fair share of problems and complaints since the release.
According to the Best Buy listing, the updated Moto Hint features
a few changes. First up, battery life. The new listing shows 17 hours of talk
time, compared to the original 10 hours, a 70 percent increase. Additionally,
the listing shows Bluetooth 3.0 + EDR technology being used, as well as
CrystalTalk noise- and wind-canceling technology. Finally, the design appears
to be modified this time around as well, which may offer a better fit for some users.
Motorola is not
yet showing this product on its website, so it is unclear if Best Buy has
released it early, or what exactly happened here. Either way, you can pick up
the updated Moto Hint from Best Buy for $129 right now.
